missingWrote a review on Dec 14poor heatingunhelpful reception staff
I had a disappointing experience with the room's heating. The temperature was uncomfortably high at 26-27 deg C, making it difficult to sleep, especially with it being -7 deg C outside. Additionally, the reception staff were not as helpful as I expected. they weren't prepared when we arrived, and I had to ask multiple times before getting assistance.

Should you try it? Yes or No
The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I adored the executive lounge access, where dinner and refreshments were included, making my stay delightful and memorable.
Though primarily comfortable, the room had issues with a poorly functioning makeup mirror, and the initial experience was marred by a cigarette smell in the hallways, which was unpleasant.

The Deluxe Plus King Room impresses with its spacious layout and modern amenities. Highlighting its fantastic breakfast, there are numerous options to satisfy any appetite, providing a solid start to the day.
The bathtub feels a bit cramped, making it a challenge to navigate, especially with a stiff door. Sound insulation could be better. noises from adjacent rooms can disrupt your relaxation.
